1/2 cebola cortada em rodelas
1 tomate sem semente
100 g de carne moída
1 pitada de sal
Preparo
Refogue a cebola até começar a dourar. Junte a carne moída e frite até ela perder a cor de carne vermelha. Junte a beringela picada em cubinhos. quando elas estiver macia junte o tomate, e o sal.
