Beringela com Carne Moída

Ingredientes
1 beringela
1/2 cebola cortada em rodelas
1 tomate sem semente
100 g de carne moída
1 pitada de sal

Preparo
Refogue a cebola até começar a dourar. Junte a carne moída e frite até ela perder a cor de carne vermelha. Junte a beringela picada em cubinhos. quando elas estiver macia junte o tomate, e o sal.

Carne com Requijão

Ingredientes
200 g de carne moída ou lagarto cozido desfiado
1 tomates picados sem pele e sem sementes
1/2 cebola pequena picada
1 copo de requeijão (pode ser o light)
Modo do Fazer
refogue a cebola e o tomate. Junte a carne. quando esta estiver bem cozida, junte o requeijão, misture até esquentar bem.
DICA, depois de juntar o requeijão juntar um pouco de orégano (a gosto). Se quiser, pode temperar com um pouco de mostarda (1/2 col de sobremesa), catchup (1 col de sopa) e molho inglês (1 col de sopa)
